New products and old favourites at NMBS exhibition
At this year’s NMBS Exhibition, Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies (Stand 110) will be showcasing their latest products in addition to their exclusive event promotion offering discounts of up to 10%.
The latest innovation on show will be PegaSys Lite, the simple and cost-effective way to upgrade doors with mechanical locks to electronically-controlled access solutions. PegaSys Lite is available in two versions: ‘PIN’ which allows access via a keypad and ‘Prox’ for access via a key fob. Both are supplied complete with everything needed to retrofit onto an existing standard European lockcase. PegaSys Lite is an effective way to enhance security by installing an electronic solution for a fraction of the cost of traditional hardwired systems.
The CISA Astral S and AP3 S will also be at the exhibition. Both cylinders have recently been certified under the new TS 007 scheme, the latest kitemark security standard for cylinder locks and associated hardware. The Astral S and AP3 S feature snap resistant steel cores to provide flexural snap and pull resistance, a BKP bump resistant device as well as hardened steel pins and drivers to protect from drilling.
The company will also be showing the new Briton 560 and 570 panic exit devices which have been radically updated with a contemporary look and a new patented feature. The patented cable system, coupled with snap on covers and self-adhesive templates, ensures quick and accurate installation in as little as seven minutes – half the time of the previous range! The range incorporates many new design features such as the 570 touchbar which has been ergonomically redesigned, making it easier to grip when pulling the door closed. In addition, pullman latches provide a smooth and quiet closing action, making the exit system particularly suitable for doors in noise-sensitive areas, such as schools and hospitals.
The NMBS Exhibition takes place on 16th May at the Telford International Centre. All orders placed by NMBS members between the 14th and 18th of May will receive a 5% discount, orders placed at the show will receive a further 5% discount.
